Michele Bachmann, who is a GOP Presidential hopeful candidate in association with the Marriage vow pledge, in which has a clause that statement, that black people were better off during slavery. Now that it has been taken out of the clause, does it change the air of misconception that it has brought to light of where certain groups of people stand on black people and slavery?

To make a statement or clause that Black People were better off during slavery because they were in a two family home raising children, despite the realization that the parents that were slaves really did not have a say in the care of their children in the values and supportive care that was given to them.

To say that a race of people were better off as slaves, because of child rearing is to fail to see what slavery really was.

Slavery, was the worst thing that could of happened to black people, and I for one am tired of hearing people say get over it. It never became an issue to me until Obama was running and then I had become exposed to racism, and no, not from my own but from people that were suppose to be conservatives and have biblical values and morals, that are hypocrites.

Despite the selling off of families, take a look at what happened before that day came. Mothers instead of breast feeding their own children had to take care of the anglo-saxon slave masters children and so their women who did not breast feed their own that new mother had to do so, even it meant during the time when her own baby was hungry.

If by any chance the mother worked in the master's house, she was busy preparing meals for that family and the best of what there was and her family had to wait for her to come the slave quarters, to cook for them after she had served the master's family and cleaned up, to go home and to fix the parts of a pig that of course they did not want and of any other animal. Which I can only assume is why my mother never cooked any of that stuff and I had never eaten it.

Now for some of these mother's a two- parent family home was impossible when that mother was raped by the master or the master's children or over-seer and maybe all of them or even their guests, these fine Anglo gentlemen that came to call. Where is the 2 parent family then, is the father in the home No. he's in the house with his wife and his children by this slave woman becomes property also.

Now if this master decides that he wants one of their/his slave to be in the big house to serve them does it matter that this child is in a 2 parent home No, and off goes male or female. And both can be raped and murdered.

When it came to correcting the children did the two- parent family decide how this was to be done again, the slave master, who would beat their child with a whip and the two- parent family had to watch.

If the master or any member of his household were sick, the slave mother could not stay home to take care of her own family even if she was sick or her mate, (since slaves were not allowed to marry) or children.

If this slave mother was a seamstress she made clothes for the master's mistress and her daughters and what could she make for herself and her own daughter's nothing, but she could gladly wait for them to become hand me downs and gather them up then.

And yes the black man was a working man, of course he was, he was beaten to death if he was not, and as hard as he worked, he was called lazy and good for nothing Nigger, while the slave master and his overseer worked so hard watching them work from sun up to sun down, now who is the lazy one. When the slave master's family did not lift a finger except for the whip, hold it they would use a slave to do that also. alas Obama, to whip the slave in to shape. to cook their food, and grow it, pick it , care for the animals, and slaughter them clean them and cook and prepare it for them and serve it, I would not be surprise if some of them even had the slave lift the fork for them and put the food in their mouth. Of course they even need someone to fix their baths for them and bath them and to lay out their clothes and help dress them, do you think that these men could even lift their feet to put into the pant leg or did the slave do that also, and the same goes for the rest of the articles of clothing that they wore and the same for rest of the household.

All this and see how great the 2 called so called black family was in slavery, the father was really there to rule and guide his family as was the mother, and through all of this they were called lazy niggers. What a thank you, from these fine christian folks, who was doing so much for the poor blackies in Africa that was not civilized and under a demoracy . So in looking back at, who was the ones that were giving welfare in my eyes the slave masters, their homes were built for them, food cooked for them and their children cared for them. And they felt that they were entitled to it. well so much for entitlements.

Has it changed today. No, you work for a paycheck, the slave master is still there to take what you got because you work for him and you know if you don't agree with what is said by these men then you are called a nigger or now the new thing if you are black and don't agree with someone then you are the racist.

How dare you think outside the box and not be in agreement with us and follow and listen to us as you have always done. It is something it was alright until white people felt threaten for them to be racist and now everyone acts like except of course for the few tokens that think just like the ones in the box, that all blacks or now out to get them and black people are not sitting around worrying about white people we still have our lives to struggle and put food on our tables no matter if it is a 2 or single parent household.

And to add salt to the wound we are a people who was not taught our own history, just that we were slaves and violent people, who are just looking for handouts.

Feeling Degraded at the airport, Is it worth being degraded for that fare that you pay for?

I have heard and seen the voices of the people of the United States, complaining of the body scanners and what to them feels to be a degrading experience at the airport, where they have spent their hard earned currency to board a plane in the USA. I know at this time when it seems as if we have global terrorist threats all over the world and there are precautions that should be put into place, the right of innocent people should not have to subject themselves to body scanners that could one day lead to cancer to themselves and the God-given children they have. I say subject, because in all things everyone has a choice, you alone decide what you allow to happen to you especially when you put yourself in a situation that can cause you to feel degraded and humiliated. Just like you would not walk down the street with your body exposed then why would anyone put themselves to be subjected to this treatment just to board an airplane? The USA, should still have enough faith in the people that have taken the time to run to the election booths to vote and that are striving to live a decent life that does not involve criminal activity to understand that just as they would not and are not subjected to this treatment that the people do not want this also. Just as a parent would not turn over their God-given children who are entrusted to them by God, into a room with child molesters, why should they have to make the choice of something that can cause them serious harm, with the scanners or stand back and watch their child be fondled all over, isn't that why there are people in jail, for child molestation and offense touching, and is this not considered offense touching? Why not make the better choice and catch the train this holiday season when you travel, Vice President Biden has always been a fan of the trains at least then you will not have placed yourself in the way of people that are called to do a job that violates your body and your personal space. Instead of complaining, stay off of the airplanes and show the government that not everyone is a terrorist, some people just want to go to another place to visit, have a corporate meeting or just relax with their family without going through a horrifying experience and then to know to return back to their destination that another one awaits them. So take a train, or drive and then you can always do the smart thing take a vacation in your state and see the beauty that is a round you that you don't take the time to see. If everyone this holiday season decides not to take a flight on an airplane do you think then that this government will take notice that the people are not happy with this violation that is being done on their person? How many people are willing to take a stand and say enough is enough and I am not going to allow you to do this to me, not being violent, but just showing that this is a service that I pay for and I will just use another mode of transportation.

The WAR on Saggy pants still continues today

The war on Saggin Pants has been fought on a large scale since 2007 in large cities in Dallas, Texas and Atlanta Georgia, Trenton, New Jersey, Pine Lawn, Florida, New Orleans, Louisiana, Memphis, Tennessee, Flint, Michigan and New York, Virginia and Georgia has been added with nine other states still struggling with this fashion.

In Dubin, GA, the mayor stated that after having complaints for a year on the saggin pants that he had his city attorney work on researching how other localities were dealing with the problem with backsides being handled and the exposure of a person's buttocks, genital area or undergarments, it has also been concluded that this is a health concern to the wearer of this style as it causes an improper gait. The council members amended the "indecent exposure" to include baggy clothing in the same category as MASTURBATION, FORNICATION AND URINATION IN PUBLIC PLACES. This includes the prohibiting of wearing pants or skirts that expose more than 3 inches below the hips exposing the skin or undergarments, which faces fines up to $200.00 Failure to use a belt to secure one's clothing in Dublin will result with the violator being issued a citation and penalties that could include a $25.00 on the first offense and $200.00 for each subsequent offense as well as court-ordered community service as it is according to this new law. In Fort Pierce, Florida, Commissioner Reggie Sessions, wants to make history with the ordinance by cleaning up disrespectful and indecent clothing styles.

Atlanta City's Councilman C.T. Martin, stated that he proposed a saggy pants law because " he is tired of seeing kids and young black men wearing their pants down around their knees."

Jasper County, SC, the Jasper County council passed an ordinance that prohibits anyone wearing pants more than 3 inches below the hips exposing the skin or undergarments. This will be enforced by Jasper County Sheriff's office, municipal police officers and the Jasper County administrator.

Nashville, Tennessee is the first state to that will issue a fine of $250.00 and 160 hours of community service for wearing pants below the person's waistline that exposes the person's undergarments or bare buttocks. Flint, Michigan, where the former Chief of Police David Dicks, crusaded bravely against droopy pants at a time when Flint had the third-highest homicide rate in the nation. In Riviera Beach, Fla, a judge found the ordinance there unconstitutional after a teenager spent a night in jail when he was arrested for exposing to much of his undergarments.

In all that is happening with forecloses, high-rate of unemployment and homelessness and children and adults going to bed hungry and of course one of the biggest things is that we owe China several trillion dollars, it is nice to know that our law-makers have the time to concentrate on taking freedom of expression away from our youth in their choice of their clothing and forgetting how it was in the 60's and 70's with our freedom of expression in our clothing. And I would like to show that appreciation on each and every election date for youth's to be reminded of their freedom to express themselves being taken away and I do not like the baggy pants hanging off of their behinds, but I do however understand their frustrations and we all kids since the beginning of time have demonstrated it through their music, clothing and hair styles and lack of making good choices in life during that time period of rebellion.

I am confused however how this is so unacceptable

And this has been acceptable for over 40 years or more.

Isn't it time that we decide how we should dress, and if we are going to fine the youth for their manner of attire to pay for schools and books, should not the same fines be imposed on the blue collar worker whose butt is exposed while working to help balance the books in these bankrupt states? More and more we are finding that history has been hid from all of us and that we are all still slaves and have no rights under the constitution not even in the manner of our dress.

Detroit's fires on Sept. 7, Hollywood's playground, budget cuts or natural disasters?

On September 7, 2010, Detroit, Michigan had 85 fires in one night. Mayor Dave Bing called it a natural disaster in a 4 hour period.

The fires were in three Detroit neighborhoods. In Rush's northwest side neighborhood has brick homes and the properties are kept up, if you go several miles east to Robinwood there you will find the heaviest damage to vacant houses.

This scene on Robinwood Street was repeated throughout Detroit on the evening of September 7th, 2010. Detroit's worst fire since the 1980's was caused by collapse of hundreds of power lines, that could of been fixed if the Detroit Fire Department was not under-staffed due to DTE’s neglect of the power grid and the city’s cutbacks to fire protection. Over the ensuing four hours,fierce winds and dry conditions spread the fires, destroying or damaging at least 85 structures.

Some houses are separated by vacant lots where homes once stood. The neighborhood is among Detroit's most desperate. The other fires spread across various parts of the east side also are among the poorest in Detroit. There was no lost of lives during these fires, but a lost of homes.

In a city with it's troubles. A third of working age adults are jobless. Foreclosure rates are high and so is crime. The city has wrestled for years with blighted neighborhoods filled with abandoned and ramshackle houses and trash-filled vacant, lots with overgrown weeds. In a city where it has already been effected by the take over the auto industry which led to a high crime rate, deep budget cuts and high foreclosures is this what is to be left of Detroit? In doing budget cuts in cities and states, do we need to cut the essential services that the people in those areas need?

Wachovia Bank goes free for money laundering drugs, but the small petty drug seller can get life in prison

IN Charlotte, North CArolina-based Wachovia admitted to federal prosecutors taht it had a large role in the undocumented contributing to the the violent drug trade in Mexico for the past 4 years.

In May on this year Wachovia settled with the Justice department for $160 million dollar settlement for a failure in bank controls enabled drug traffickers to launder drug money by transferring money from Mexican currency-exchange houses to the bank. Wachovia’s new owner paid $160 million in fines and penalties, less than 2 percent of its $12.3 billion profit in 2009. Wachovia failed to identify and report suspicious transactions in third-party payment processor accounts," according to the Justice Department. Prosecutors said the bank processed $420 billion in transactions without using proper money-laundering detection. According to the Justice Department, Wachovia accounts took in at least $373 billion in wire transfers that were made from "casas de cambio" ( which is an currency exchange operation) in Mexico between May 2004 and May 2007. As if this is not bad enough, more than $4 billion in bulk cash was shipped from Mexican casas de cambio to 'Wachovia' accounts, prosecutors allege. 'Wachovia' also operated a "remote deposit capture" service that took in another $47 billion, according to prosecutors.

It really gets better, some of the money was used to buy planes to traffic cocaine, U.S. investigators seized more than 20,000 kilograms of cocaine from the planes. Miami U.S. Attorney Jeffrey H. Sloman, whose office led the three-year probe said, "Wachovia's blatant disregard for our banking laws gave international cocaine cartels to finance their operations by laundering at least $110 million in drug proceeds. Corporate citizens, no matter how big or powerful, must be held accountable for their actions. This was in March of this year.

"Bloomberg' reported on June 29, 2010 that Wachovia, it turns out, had made a habit of helping move money for Mexican drug smugglers. Wells Fargo & Co., which bought Wachovia in 2008, has admitted in court that its unit failed to monitor and report suspected money laundering by narcotics traffickers -- including the cash used to buy four planes that shipped a total of 22 tons of cocaine. Wachovia admitted it didn’t do enough to spot illicit funds in handling $378.4 billion for Mexican-currency-exchange houses from 2004 to 2007. This is the largest violation of the Bank Secrecy Act, an anti-money-laundering law, in U.S. history -- a sum equal to one-third of Mexico’s current gross domestic product. No bank has been more closely connected with Mexican money laundering than Wachovia

Since 2006, more than 22,000 people have been killed in drug-related battles that have raged mostly along the 2,000-mile (3,200-kilometer) border that Mexico shares with the U.S. In the Mexican city of Ciudad Juarez, just across the border from El Paso, Texas, 700 people had been murdered this year as of mid- June. Six Juarez police officers were slaughtered by automatic weapons fire in a midday ambush in April as reported by "Bloomberg".

With such a high drug use in the United States, we have one of our own a banks that were given a bail out while the people suffer had been the drug pusher for the communities with their network of 231 cities in the states, and to make a profit of $39 billion in sales annually as reported by the Justice Department. Mexico is an industry that supplies hundreds of tons of cocaine, heroin, marijuana and methamphetamines to Americans.

Former Director of Wachovia's anti-money-laundering unit in London form 2006 to 2009 says he quit the bank in disgust after executives ignored his documentation that drug dealers were funneling money through Wachovia’s branch network.

Wachovia is just one of the U.S. and European banks that have been used for drug money laundering. For the past two decades, Latin American drug traffickers have gone to U.S. banks to cleanse their dirty cash, says Paul Campo, head of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s financial crimes unit. Miami-based American Express Bank International paid fines in both 1994 and 2007 after admitting it had failed to spot and report drug dealers laundering money through its accounts. Drug traffickers used accounts at Bank of America in Oklahoma City to buy three planes that carried 10 tons of cocaine, according to Mexican court filings. Mexican cartels were caught depositing illicit funds in Bank of America accounts in Atlanta, Chicago and Brownsville, Texas, from 2002 to 2009. Mexican drug dealers used shell companies to open accounts at London-based HSBC Holdings Plc, Europe’s biggest bank by assets, an investigation by the Mexican Finance Ministry found.

Here is the best part of all if Wells-Fargo owner of Wachovia, keeps its pledge, the U.S. government will, according to the agreement, drop all charges against the bank in March 2011. If this is the case that is they keep their pledge, then every prisoner that is in jail for drug possession, use or selling drugs should be released. Every person that has had their homes taken away or lost cars and other properties should have these things that were seized returened to them.

If the 'elite' is going to make provosions for the bankers in breaking the laws that was a major contributor in the acts of these people who are in prison or lost their homes then they should be compenssated. Should we not also compensate the drug user who has become addicted to these products? How about the people that have applied for jobs in the banking industry that could not gain employment there because they had a criminal background, which could of been to a drug problem or failure to get a job, because when the bailouts went out to the banks they failed to reach the people who really needed it? Everyone who has had their home by foreclosure by these banks.

What is really needed is tell people that their birth certificate is on the stock exchange on Wall st. and how they can go about to obtain the credit that is on there to live without government in their lives.

Freepointe's African Americans under attack with death threats and fires.

On July 6th, 2010 residents that had moved into Eastpointe Suburbs outside of Detroit all of these residents were African American. Out of the 20 residents that had moved in 16 received death threat letters demanding them to move out or face death. On July 8th, one of the the recipients of the racial motivated death threats had 2 rooms in their house set on fire and their sister was passing by. The FBI, fire department and the police force does not believe that this was ARSON. However the renter of the house was questioned for two hours, he was released and not charged with a crime.

I have not heard of things like this since I was a child in the 60's and 70's. I would like to know if these people who had an all white neighborhood feel or think that we as black people that we are contagious, that our blackness may rub off on them? Do you blame us for the failed auto industry that caused an economic problem in Detroit as if we were not effected by it? Or do you blame us for all of the foreclosures that are happening there?

I would like to know why the authorities are not acting on the letters received and also on this home being on fire? Where is this lack of concern coming from? If this was reverse with whites moving into the "Hood" and they receive such letters, what would the outcome be?

Is the country striving to start a racial riot, with the killing of Oscar Grant and here in Eastpointe and so many other places that are not making national news? How can any race in this country not think that anyone is not suffering under this present economic system except if you are the elite. Has not anyone taken notice that we the people are all in the need of a bail out, but the POLITICIANS are only out for their own self-interests and not the interest of the people.

Have we come to the point where peaceful people are being forced to become violent and then to become a part of the over-crowded prison system are do we need more people in the grave? New Orleans Police officers could face death penalty in the deaths in the aftermath of Katrina

According to the New York Times 4 current and former Police officers in New Orleans were charged in the shooting deaths of 17 year old James Brissette and 40 year old Ronald Madison who suffered from mental disabilities in the back.

These four officers and former — former Officer Robert Faulcon, Sgt. Kenneth Bowen, Sgt. Robert Gisevius and Officer Anthony Villavaso — were charged with federal civil rights violations in the killing of 17-year-old James Brissette and the wounding of four others, all members of the same family, when the officers came across a group on the bridge in eastern New Orleans and opened fire. For crossing a bridge, the penalty was death and attempted murder by who was called to protect and to serve. Is this a form of genocide or just officers doing their job? If it is doing their job, then who put the orders out for this to occur when it is one of eight cases involving New Orleans Police officers?

The Bartholmew family was walking across the bridge to go the the supermarket to get food and supplies, when they came across the police officers. 4 members of the Bartholomew family was shot. 38 year old, Susan Bartholomew, was shot and lost part of her arm, her husband Leonard Bartholowmew III, was shot in the head and Mr. Brissette was also killed by being shot 7 times.

As if that is not bad enough then off to Africa for repeated subjection by the African people who were also non-catholics to be taken and brought here to build a nation off of forced labor with no pay! If this law prevails against illegal immigrants that are only coming home to what was once their own land, and to people who are legally born here on this stolen land, is this not now a law that is going to put all people of a different hues targets of this law, that could be mistaken as Mexican. Nebraska's law will target areas where illegal immigrants go to find work. How many people that have been released from prison are also going to these areas to find work to support their families? At this time there are 7 lawsuits against Arizona to block this law. Yes, we should know who is here in this land, one dares not to strive to make a living here without paying their due tax to the Corporation of the land. Perhaps that is the biggest problem with illegal immigrants being here, they are not paying into the corporation and are sending their money home to their families for them to survive until they can bring them here legally. If Arizona and Nebraska have these laws passed, which state will be next? If it spreads from state to state, then what group of people will they target next to be done away with? After each group of people of color are targeted, then will it turn to their own color, will the Europeans from Europe be the only ones left since they discovered this new found land under seizure for not being a Catholic land? Couple attempts to sell their 6 month old baby at Walmarts on Thursday, June 24, 2010

You can find a lot of deals at Walmarts, but who would of thought that outside of Walmart's in the parking lot, outside of garden supplies that you would find a baby for sale in California's Walmart's?

38 year old Patrick Fousek and 20 year old Samantha Tomasini, approached women out side of Walmart's in the parking lot and asked if they would like to buy the baby for $25.00 the women though that perhaps that Fousek was joking, but the man continued to ask the women if they would buy the baby.

I am glad and relieved to know that they approached these women or the end results could be different. These women contacted the police . Police arrested Fousek and Tomasini at their home, the police stated that the couple was high on methamphetamine.

Police reported also claimed that Tomasini told Child Protective Services, who took the baby, that she had breast-fed the infant while under the influence, Villegas said. The baby has been take from the mother and placed in the care of the State of California. The couple is being held on child endangerment charges.

Drug abuse has been around for a long time, and there are movies and stories that the media feeds to let you know that mother's use their children in exchange for their poison (drug) of choice. What is going on in this world when children, babies are being sold, stolen and used for slavery and body parts? How much is a life of a child today? One would think that it is more than $25.00. What kind of world have we come to when banks and animal rights are more then the lives of children? We hear arguments and see protesters when it comes to aborting babies, but where is the outcry when these babies and children are being sold? Where is the love for them then? Where is the outcry when these babies and children are sent off to foster care and they do not always get into a good foster care home and the abuse is worse then when they are with their parents. Why is their an outcry over an animal being abuse, but not children?

What is being done, to get a mother or anyone else that is in a child's life, to get help to get off of drugs? What is being done now to find out why they are on it to begin with? There are so many laws that are on the books, carried out in the world, what happened to the law of love thy neighbor? Where is the law, that when a parent cannot take proper care of a child, the family steps in without the laws of the land to care for that child without government being involved? As people who live on this planet, what is happening with us, are we to busy being entertained that we cannot now discern cries for help right in front of our faces, do we view them as a movie? Then we have to always ask, where are the drugs coming from, are the ones that are called to serve, serving the drugs to the communities? The trivial question is why did this couple think that going to Walmart's with their low prices and always finding away to be a part of the entertainment on the news was a good place to sell a 6 month old baby? Not that Walmart's is at fault in this case. As with all things did the media hype.

After 4th homicide in 8 days, Chester County Mayor Wendell Butler declares State of Emergency

After Yadullah Muhammad of Upland, a 22-year-old man who was shot and killed late Wednesday. Sunday morning, 2-year-old Terrence Webster was shot in the head as his family was returning home after visiting relatives and on Friday, Raymar Holmes, 26, was found lying in the 1300 block of Crosby Street with gunshot wounds, the Mayor Wendell Butler of Chester County, PA has declared a state of emergency.

The State of Emergency goes into effect Saturday evening and will remain in effect for the next five days with the possibility of 30 more days. As part of the State of Emergency, Chester City officials will dispatch what they're calling "saturated patrol units" and enforce a curfew in five of the worst sections of the city.

In National City, San Diego, California a 14 year old boy stabbed the 13year old mother of his 1 1/2 year old daughter in the neck. The young couple was arguing over some jealousy issues. The mother is said to be recovering well and the baby is now staying with relatives. The father is being hunted for his violent act against his baby's mother. As reported by the San Diego Union-Tribune.

I know everyone must be horrified not of the act that the mother was stabbed in her neck, but that she is a parent at the age of 13 of an one and a half year old daughter. Maybe that was the shocker that The Union-Tribune was trying to stress to sell it's newspaper.

Could Aiyana Jones' and 17 year old Jerean Blake's deaths been avoided?

As I look at the eulogy that was made by Rev. Al Sharpton for 7 year old Aiyana Jones, I can't help but to think of a young life that has been taken. I also think of the 17 year old Jerean Blake that was taken that lead to Aiyana's death, two young people whose lives were taken to soon. Two mother's who are in mourning, 2 graves that should not be, not at the young age and for violent crimes that are committed against us and by us.

In filming a reality show, Aiyana's life was taken, yes, it is so much easier to place the blame on the show and the police officer's, it is also time to look at what is going on in the family, parents and the communities, cities, states the whole USA. What is happening to our black youth? Why are so many dying so young? And when do we as parents, grandparents and other family members play in that role?

Sadly so many terrible things led to the death of both of these young people, police officer's being shot at and killed a week prior this horrific lost of lives. A city that has a high unemployment rate and foreclosures. When we look at ourselves again, we have to look at who do we have in our homes, who do we associate with, and what are we doing with our own lives that is impacting our children? Is there lessons that we all can learn from these two young people's lost of life and with the lessons that we can learn, are we willing to make the changes so that we do not continue to see lost of lives of young people all of the USA? Are we willing to keep people out of our homes that are involved in unlawful activity that will have police busting into our homes? Are we willing to check out what are children are doing and who they are associating with? Are we willing to be parents and not friends to our children?

After we see the news, read the papers hear talk of the lost young lives, we feel sad, we shake our heads and go on. Keep in mind that these children are some one's children, that it could of been our children and we have to do better for our children, because no one else is going to come along and save our kids for us, we have to do it each and everyone one of us has to take responsibility for what we allow in our homes, in our children's lives. Are you willing to stand up for your children or do you want to continue to mourn for the lost of lives of the young people with memorial stands of stuffed animals and flowers? It starts with each one of us to make the changes that we want to see happen.

7 year old, Aiyana Jones, was shot and killed by police officers in Detroit, Michigan

As 7 year old, Aiyana Jones was in her home, Detroit, Michigan police officers came into her home, throwing grenades and firing shots at 12:40 a.m. this morning to execute a warrant for someone who was involved in a homicide.

The Detroit, Michigan police officers came into this 7 year old home and used a flash bang, which is used to disorient the people in the home and for them to gain control of the situation. Police state that a 46 year old woman, had contact with a police officer and the officer's gun went off and this precious 7 year old, Aiyana Jones, was at that time struck by the gun fire in her head and neck area. Her grieving father states that his 7 year old baby girl, Aiyana Jones was asleep when police burst in and was throwing flash grenade's and burnt his baby to death and then shot and killed her.

I try to respect all police officers and the laws of the land. It is not enough for the officers to say that it is under investigation, what is there to investigate? You know who pulled the trigger and this innocent child did not have a gun, nor was it stated that anyone in the home had a weapon. There has been several nightclubs in Chicago that have created a controversy when they denied young men who had cornrows and wore baggy pants into the night club. The owners of these clubs stated that baggy pants and certain hairstyles are signs that a person is a gang member. We now have a person's sense of style, automatically clarifying them in the state of Illinois and who knows maybe other states as well, a gang member.

Black People are asked to leave Walmarts in Washington Township, New Jersey

On a Sunday evening people of all races were shopping at the Walmart's in New Jersey, when they heard on the store announcements, all black people are to leave the store. Does it remind anyone of the 60's in the south? Do people see what year it is or have only the black race managed to see that this is 2010? Blacks complained to management, who in turn contacted the local police department in Washington Township. Police then opened an investigation with the county prosecutor's office. "The incident is being investigated by both law enforcement agencies as a suspected bias intimidation crime," officials told the press as stated in The Daily Voice Black America's daily news source. Walmart's corporate office was also upset by the call for all black people to leave the New Jersey Walmart store, and said that is was bad negative publicity. It appears to me that Walmart's is more concern with the negative publicity then what really happened. If this did not make the media, would Walmart's be concerned about this? One has to ask?

Two Black South Jersey women are boycotting Walmart at this time while this incident is being investigated. The Officials at Walmarts are looking at security tapes to find out who the person was that made the call over the speaker for all black people to leave Walmarts. Maybe if Walmarts felt this nationally they would not just view it as negative publicity but really see how this announcement made black people reflect on the past and what has become the normal in this society that we call the United States.

I think that now is the time for a call of action for Black Americans, we need to be responsible for our purchases and where we make them and for the schooling of our children. Officials found the hood, which bore a hand-drawn circle and cross, on a statue of children's book author Theodor Geisel, aka Dr. Seuss, outside the main campus library late Monday. A rose had been inserted between the statue's fingers.

One of the students responsible for the noose apologized to the university community in an anonymous letter published Monday in the campus newspaper. She said the noose was formed while she and friends were playing around with a piece of rope and had no meaning as a lynching symbol.

Attorney General Beau Biden goes after Pediatrician Dr. Earl Bradley for sexual abuse for close to 100 children

Dr. Earl B. Bradley of Lewes is scheduled for a probable cause hearing in Sussex Superior Court today.

This Delaware Doctor who is a Pediatrician has been accused of sexual abuse. What started last week with a allegation of a two year old girl being sexually abuse by her Pediatrician has now turned to what maybe close to a hundred or more over the past 11 years. Seven victims have been identified so far, but investigators are still sorting through a "mountain of evidence" seized from his office, said Alexis Slutsky, a deputy attorney general with the Child Predator Task Force. Lewes pediatrician Earl B. Bradley is now suspected of raping or molesting at least 16 patients, and more victims could be discovered in the widening investigation, according to court documents obtained Monday.

Bradley who was charged last week with sexually abusing nine girls who police state were from the ages of 3 months to 13 years old. One victim a year old child was interviewed after her mother reported that Bradley touched her genitals.

Forensic evaluation of seized video files and software has to date discovered 15 more unidentified victims," state police Detective Thomas Elliott wrote in a probable cause affidavit Friday seeking permission to conduct the second search of BayBees Pediatrics, the name of Bradley's practice."Due to the slow and meticulous process of computer forensics, [police believe] more victims will be discovered in the electronic files of Dr. Bradley and the patient records will help confirm the identity." Evidence seized during a search last week led them to investigate possible abuse dating back to 1998. The search resulted in the discovery of graphic video files showing Bradley molesting and raping children, according to court documents. A veteran computer forensic investigator said in court records that a series of video clips lasting almost 15 minutes and showing a 2-year-old were "one of the most violent and brutal attacks on a child of any age that he has seen captured on video." During the searches of the doctor's office, police found a small computer data storage device that contained videos of multiple forced sexual acts with child patients -- including intercourse, oral sex and fondling -- according to court records.The videos were made between Aug. 7 and Dec. 13, police wrote. Several videos are described as showing the doctor, wearing his blue scrubs, yelling orders at babies and toddlers, some of whom are crying or trying to run away. In one video, Bradley has a "violently enraged" expression on his face, police wrote.

He surrendered to detectives in Georgetown at 8:30 a.m. Friday on eight counts of first-degree rape where the victim is less than 16 years old, three counts of second-degree rape, 14 counts of sexual exploitation of a child by photo or film and endangering the welfare of a child -- all felonies.

Dr. Earl B. Bradley surrendered to police Friday on eight counts of first-degree rape, three counts of second-degree rape and other charges. Bradley was returned to jail in lieu of $2.9 million cash bail. State police said he has been the focus of a yearlong criminal investigation stemming from numerous complaints of inappropriate touching of female patients. I find it ironic that these children have suffered all of this abuse and their parents were not in the room when their babies were being checked by their doctor. I advise any parents that they always stay in the room with their children when they are at the doctors.

With all of these babies and children being sexually abused, we have to ask is Delaware's Attorney General Biden, going to go after the justice that is needed to put this man away for life? Will these children be given retribution in a monetary sense that comes from this Doctor's account? One can only hope that will be the case.

In Delaware, I have found one fatal use of taser that resulted in death. Policeman cleared Wilmington Police Lt. William Browne did not violate police department policy or procedures when he shot and killed Derek Hale last year, according to the findings of the two internal investigations conducted by city offices.

According to the Delaware State Police in the DSP consulted with both the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and the Police Executive Research Forum (PERF) before deciding to adopt the Taser as a tool for law enforcement in Delaware. The Police also consulted with national experts in the law enforcement and medical fields. “We wanted to be sure that we identified and adopted the best practices for use of the Taser and that we implemented the most effective and appropriate training programs for our Troopers,” said Colonel Thomas F. Mac Liesh, Superintendent of the State Police. As of February 26, 2009 there has been 100 Delaware State Police Officers armed with tasers. The same is not the fate of many in other states around the United States.

In Ozark, Missouri a 16, year old was tasered 19 times was placed in icu with a broken back and broken heel. From the results of the tasered the 16 year old boy was not able to have surgery for 2 days due to his white blood cell count.

22-year old Saginaw Valley State University student Charles Littleton was tasered and dragged out on Nov 6, 2006 when he attended a Saginaw city council meeting. He was charged with felonies for wearing a hat after being tasered.

Dickinson High teen reported missing

A 15-year-old Newport girl was reported missing today after not showing up for school Monday.

Newport police said Yasmin Mendiola was last seen at 6 a.m. Monday when she left to go to Dickinson High School.

This afternoon, her mother received a call from a man with a blocked phone number who told her that she would never see her daughter again.

The caller said, “We are taking her to Toronto,” Newport Police Sgt. Stephan Johnson said.

The anonymous caller also mentioned the city of Wilmington and the name “Zavlos.” I did a google search on the name and this is what I came to

She has brown hair and brown eyes, and also sports a pierced lip.

I could only ask if anyone knows where this young lady is that they would report it to the police and have this child safely return to her home. I can only hope and pray that she has not already been transferred out of the country to Canada. It is time that we all must band together to protect our children, attempts on young girls abductions have been tried in surrounding states within the last month or two in Pennsylvania. We have to put a stop and form neighborhood watch to protect our children at the bus stops and if they are walkers to walk with them to school. We need more parental and neighborhood involvement when it comes to our youths and the things that they are being threaten with. I plead with everyone to keep an eye out for this young girl and for all of the children so that we do not have any more children that are going off missing from their homes. Curtis Flowers faces 6th trial in Winova Mississippi

The trials of Curtis Flowers have been dogged by misconduct

Curtis Flowers who has been tried for an quadruple murder in Winona, Mississippi in July of 1996. It has been alleged that Curtis Flowers murdered Bertha Tardy because she had shorted him, $82 from his pay. Flowers worked at the furniture store for three days just prior to the July 4th, weekend in 1996. When Curtis did not return to work after the holiday and he contacted Ms. Tardy he was informed that he had been replaced.

Prosecutor Doug Evans claims this provided Flowers with a sufficient motive for the most vicious murder in Winona history.

Curtis Flowers first 5 trials resulted in 2 mistrials and 3 convictions that were overturned. At the end of the 5th trial,

Juror James Bibbs was charged with perjury at Curtis Flowers fifth trial and held in prison overnight for voting against a conviction against Curtis Flowers. James Bibbs who is an outstanding citizen was charged with perjury that was later dropped against him. He has been sentenced to death three times, only for each verdict to be overturned on appeal because of what the Mississippi Supreme Court described as prosecutor misconduct. In one further trial, the jury failed to agree after dividing broadly on racial lines.

The district attorney, desperate to score a conviction in such a high-profile case, has played dirty to win.

One of his tricks, exposed by a refreshingly impartial Mississippi Supreme Court, was to fiddle the jury selection to exclude black jurors. Winona is a very racial city in Mississippi with the civil rights records in the United States.

Dispite the unlawful holding of Curtis Flowers in my point of view of having to be charged for a sixth time, he now has to deal with local state senator. Lydia Chassaniol who has introduced a bill that would widen the jury pool in such a way that critics say would make it easier to select an all-white jury.

Senator Chassaniol is a member of a local chapter of the right-wing Council for Conservative Citizens and addressed their annual conference. the nature of this rump of the red-neck, good 'ole white boys, confederate-flag-wavers is striking.

Their hatred of inter-racial marriage, homosexuals, liberals (aka communists) identifies an atavistic streak that still remains 150 years after slavery.

As one of them told me: "It's all right for them (non-whites) to practice their culture but they should not take ours away from us. We are probably the most discriminated race in the country."

The war on America's children. Sentenced to life in prison without parole

In the United States of America, we have a pandemic a state of National Emergency that is worse then the Swine Flu or any other epidemic that is going on this country. It is something that people read in papers and shake their heads to and feel bad for a moment or so and go on with their everyday lives. Not that this is anything new, just a new device that is being used to declare a war on black Americans and the poor. For Black America it crosses all social bearers and for every other race it is seemed poor.

We are in a time where our children are placed in jail for life without the hope of parole! Children who has they age they mature are placed under arrest. Where is the gatekeepers for these children?

Isn't it time to go after the true mastermind behind the cause of these children who are brainwashed into the acts that they have done and that maybe done in the future? Where are the laws for the video games and the cartoons that show and that they play where they shoot up people or get shot and then come back to life? The music that is made today is not uplifting to them to strive after a life of a moral standard, it is design to glorify gangster life.

Where is one to look for answers? Is it the parents or is it the school system that has failed or the community? Or do we perhaps just look at that a child whose mind has not reached a level of maturity and does not clearly fully understand the consequences of their actions that every decision that they make good or bad can effect their whole life?

There are approximately 73 United States children who are minorities who has been sentenced to life in prison at the ages of 13 and 14 according to the Equal Justice Initiative.

On November 10, 2009, the United States supreme court is now looking into these cases against children as cruel and unusual punishment.

Black parents have always been strong disciplinarians when it comes to disciplining our children. We all know there comes a point when you have to take a deep breath and just walk away or deal with the child at a later time, because of how angry we maybe of what the child has done. Every parent knows or should know that there is never a time when you turn on the oven while knowingly knowing your child is in there hiding to get away from the beating that you are giving them. That is the time to walk away. Someone should of told this to this sick 23 year old father who caught his 10 year old son in his mother's bedroom. Who then felt the need to punch his son and then to burn him on the arm and leg with an extension cord and threat to kill him. Now this was told to the Minneapolis police by the little boy. So now this poor burned and beaten child tries to run out of his apartment and the the person who should of been coming after the madman who was harming her son, his mother. She brings the child right back to the madman and the boy runs and tries to hide himself in the oven. CAUTION WARNING SIGNS, THE FIRST ONE WITH THE IRON WAS ENOUGH, HE NOW TURNS THE OVEN ON WITH THE CHILD IN THERE! Even after police miraculous appear this sick man, still threatens to continue to beat the child in front of the police officers. Hurley's to soft charge is malicious punishment of a child. Normally a black man would of been charged with attempted murder and a long list of crimes and I pray that they will also be included in the charges of this man. As for the so called Mother, she she be charge with the same crimes and more for allowing this man to do this to her own child. I hope that there are no more children that they have together or a part.

People have been charged doing less acts of malicious to an animal than with this child has endured. I don't want to hear of any plea bargains, no, I went insane for a moment. Also charge the mother with the same crimes and more for being a fool and failing to provide a safe as possible home for her son, and for failing to be the one person that he should of been able to go to for help and safety. Eric Holden has stated when it comes to the United States that we have become a nation of cowards. I'm going to agree with that statement and place it in the following manners.

When we see the injustices that are done by others to each other, to hurt and destroy their soul, we are cowards, we will not speak out. When we see someone being beaten to death, we will not intervene nor call for help for that person, we close our eyes to it. When we see a young girl become gang raped and beaten, we become specters as is we are watching a movie with a terrible scene that is not real, only pretend. When we see people being robbed, we walk by and pretend not to notice and only hope that we ourselves do not fall prey to the same fate that has become cast upon that person, we are cowards. We witness and see things that may not be of such a violent scale but yet we see injustices all around us, and never beat an eye, we don't get involved, we don't pick up the phone to call for help for people, we just walk away. What has happened to us, have we become so desensitized that we cannot feel another person's pain? Do we view everything as if it were a movie and afterwards we can just turn it off and feel bad for a moment, but continue to pretend that it was not real, it was just actors on a screen or movie reel that was placed there for our entertainment? Why is it that we can see when injustices are made against people by people of authority and be quick to call them out and to tell that story, but not tell the story of what a person has endured by someone on the street or in their own home. Where is the outrage at then? We see the outrage when it comes to our own families that these violent acts are done against and then we are quick to shout and ask for help from anyone that has seen these things being done, often we find that we will receive what we have done and just be silent, so in turn we receive silence.

Have we become so programed that we can see people suffering and yet do nothing to help, even in small things, feed someone that is hungry? Lord, we hardly even speak to people on the streets and to ask the time of day is almost like asking for that person to give you their life savings. Have we ourselves become a victim to a society that can just view suffering and become so afraid that we almost don't go outside of our homes? Is it the video games, or t.v., music that has taken over our compassion for each other. Have we become immune to injustices and can carry out our day as if nothing is unusual because after all it did not happen to me? Are we walking around in a trance, see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil. Perhaps we are walking around and thinking that we are still asleep and that what we saw was just a bad dream, because after all, we could not possibly be around these things, because that always happens somewhere else or to someone else, but never to my neck of the woods.

So therefore if we have convince ourselves that it is not real, then it just becomes entertainment and not something that demands action to try to correct it. This is just my take on what is going on in the world today, especially after the Richmond High School Gang rape with the 15 year old girl. I just wonder what is it going to take, for people to drop the no snitching law of the streets, and start the snitching law of love thy neighbor? It is time to for us to deprogram ourselves, cut the T.V. off, cut off the video games and change the music and rap videos that has done such damage to our minds. It is time to do things as a family so that we can restore family values and pride in ourselves and our children, so they we not become victims or the criminal behind the horrific acts that is always present for us to see, that is real and unreal.

On the west coast in California a 15 year old girl is gang raped outside her high school dance. Where she was beaten and raped for over two and a half hours in an unconscious state, and over a dozen people watched. I am relieved to hear that some of them were caught, I can only hope and pray that the rest of them will also be caught. As for the people that witness this horrible act they also should receive the same punishment for failure to not to even make a phone call to 911 to help this young girl. In the Germantown Area of Philadelphia, there is a sick man walking as a serial groper targeting young teenage girls. The suspect description was similar to seven similar assaults in the area as far back as June 2008. In all of the previous incidents, the suspect groped female teenagers, ranging in age from 14 to 17, as he jogged past them.

The subject has been described as a black male, about 40 to 50 years old, over 6' tall, dark complexion and medium build, sometimes with a beard and wearing jogging clothing. In one case, police said the suspect had a noticeable limp as he was jogging.

I am sick and tired of the racist people that are walking the planet. In the news papers on the T.V. and from different news commentaries I hear little racial slurs. Now to top all insults Brasskey keysakes has made a doll called lil' monkey which is a black doll, and the doll comes with a monkey laying beside her and a hat that says lil monkey and a banana. The box says lil monkey has a book and a bottle and they the monkey and the baby wear the same pampers. After all the accomplishments that Black Americans have contribute to this country, we are still slapped in the face with this racist bigotry, why because it appears that this group of society feel that black people will never be seen in their small minded bigoted view as people. It is time once again for President Obama, to see that we are not living in a post-racial society, that the bigots are coming out in full force once again to show their level of hatred towards black Americans. Is George Rogers of Upper Darby mentally unstable or is he really the 'Last Samurai Warrior?

While on the phone with the police dispatch of Upper Darby, PA, George Rogers called 911 on Sunday morning and stated that he had just doused the rowhouse apartment that he shares with his mother with gasoline. George Rogers threatened to torch their home and kill himself with a crossbow. Police found Rogers in a room in the back of the apartment on Dayton Road, Cheswold, Upper Darby.

Officer Dan Lanni of the special-reaction team had armed himself with a bat shield, (an oversized Kevlar shield shaped like a bat) and pushed threw the door that Roger, had barricaded himself in.

Officer Lanni, was attacked by Rogers, by a sword that was so forceful that its blade was bent in the assault. The shield that Officer Lanni had on had protected him from the downward blows, had the sword gotten past the shield it would had been sturdy enough to put in his heart and to of ripped it out. While Rogers was attacking Officer Lanni, Lt. Mike Kehrle, the commanding officer on the scene used a stun gun on Rogers which caused him to fall to the ground.

"We dubbed George Rogers the 'Last Samurai' because he's not going to be swinging any more knives or swords trying to kill cops anymore," Chitwood said.

Police did not find any accelerants, like the gasoline Rogers claimed to have poured over the apartment, but they did find an arsenal of weaponry in his bedroom, including nunchucks, a crossbow, a hunting bow, a large sword and several throwing knives.

Rogers was charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault and weapons offenses. He is being held at Delaware County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail.

"He obviously thought he was a real samurai," Chitwood said.

Rogers, who has several arrests on lesser charges in his criminal background, is covered in tattoos, including one on his neck that reads: "Only God can judge."

"He has more tattoos than grass on a lawn," Chitwood said. At this time one has to wonder about Rogers mental state, I am sure that he is going to need mental help. What could of caused Rogers to go to this measure of manifesting his mental state to police officers, by calling 911 and giving a false report and then to attack these police officers. What could of led to this state one only has to wonder.

Rev. Al Sharpton and Radio-host Rush Limbaugh should try the boxing ring instead of court

Rev. Al Sharpton is demanding an apology from radio-host (and racist right winger) Rush Limbaugh if he does not receive this apology, Al Sharpton is threatening to sue Rush Limbaugh.

“Not only did Rush Limbaugh try to criminalize the NFL,” Sharpton told a columnist with the Palm Beach Post."But now he is saying I’m a criminal. He can call me a race-baiter and all that stuff like he does. But don’t call me a criminal.”

Rev. Al Sharpton's reasons for this much needed apology is as following.

In Saturday's Op-ed, Wall Street Journal, Rush Limbaugh stated that Rev. Al Sharpton played a leading role in the 1991 Crown Heights riots, which over a 7 year old black boy that the driver had not been arrested.

Al Sharpton states that his second reason is that Rush Limbaugh called his a criminal, which Rev. Al Sharpton replied that you may call me (Al Sharpton) a race baiter, but that he was in no way a criminal. These comments Rush Limbaugh made to the Palm Beach Post, regarding the purchase that Rush Limbaugh was trying to make of the NFL. Rev. Al Sharpton felt that Rush Limbaugh was trying to criminalize the NFL.

Rush Limbaugh states that his attentions to buy the NFL is Limbaugh’s attempt to invest in the National Football League’s St. Louis Rams franchise was overshadowed by a controversy over his “racial views,” which Limbaugh says were false. In the op-ed, he also lashes out at several media outlets, including CNN and “the sports writer community,” for what he calls "contempt in the news business."

In the op-ed published in Saturday's Wall Street Journal Limbaugh writes Sharpton "played a leading role in the 1991 Crown Heights riot (he called neighborhood Jews ‘diamond merchants’) and 1995 Freddie's Fashion Mart riot."

According to a statement put out by Sharpton’s media consultant, a study New York Governor Mario Cuomo commissioned showed Sharpton was not involved in the Crown Heights incident until after the rioting concluded.

"Mr. Limbaugh's blatant and defamatory statements regarding the Crown Heights Riots falsely give the impression that Rev. Sharpton was present during the violence that occurred when in reality he had been called in by the family after the violence," Sharpton’s statement says.

In reply to the allegations brought against him by Rev Al Sharpton, Rush Limbaugh said that “ ‘Racism’ is too often their sledgehammer," Limbaugh writes. “And it is being used to try to keep citizens who don't share the left's agenda from participating in the full array of opportunities this nation otherwise affords each of us… It was employed against patriotic citizens who attended town-hall meetings and tea-party protests. These intimidation tactics are working and spreading, and they are a cancer on our society." As quoted in CNN's political Ticker.

Former circuit judge Herman Thomas has denied abusing inmates

There is a trial set for former USA Circuit Judge Herman Thomas 48, of Mobile, Alabama for what could lead to him spending the rest of his life behind bars. Judge Thomas is being charged with sodomy and kidnapping , extortion, sex abuse and assault, against 15 current and former prisoners. The inmates stated that in exchange for these sexual acts he would grant them leniency.

In 2007, Judge Herman Thomas resigned as a judge because there was allegations made against him then that he was "spanking" inmates with a paddle", in his private office at the County courthouse. Now in April of 2009, Judge Thomas was indicted on holding private meetings with inmates. Court records show where Judge Thomas had signed defendants out of the jail, for meetings in his car or his office, and this is where the allege abuse occurred. A fight at last! Finally we see some spunk coming out of the White House, Anita Dunn the White House Communications Director has come out swinging against Fox's News. Anita Dunn has stated that Fox News operates “almost as either the research arm or the communications arm of the Republican Party.” Anita Dunn has also stated that Fox News, is not a reliable news source as CNN.

The President Obama avoided Fox when he visited five Sunday morning news shows last month, and a recent White House blog post accused Beck of lying. Anita Dunn, has stated that President Obama, is not going to be a passive bystander, that will allow Fox News to tear down his Presidency and him being President.

In a very weak response from Fox's News executive Michael Clemente says most viewers know the difference between news and opinion shows. He says attacking the messenger does not work.

Hold on Folks! We buy the products that sponsor the shows that are on Fox News Broadcast, while they think that we do not know the difference between news and opinions. Perhaps Michael Clemente the executive of Fox News, will understand my opinion that their sponsors will know my opinion of their products, when they are no longer purchased by me and used in my household. Since Fox News appears to think that their listening audience appears to be unable to comprehend any information of importance that effects the country.

How about CNN's Lou Dobb's with his commentaries that are not based on a solid foundation.

It appears the Bush's administration is sticking around like a demon still out to torment the people of the United States with it's law in 2008, granting reotroactive immunity to phone companies that participated in the warrantless wiretapping program. On September 24, a US District Court judge sided with the EFF and ordered the government to "release more records about the lobbying campaign to provide immunity to the telecommunications giants that participated in the NSA's warrantless surveillance program," the EFF stated. The US District Court judge sided with the EFF (privacy watchdog group Electronic Frontier Foundation) that ordered the government to relelase more records to provide the immunity to telecommunications giants that participated in NSA's warrantless surveillance program on September 24, which the government appealed the 30 day stay of the Judge's order. 1996 Olympic games in Atlanta gives concerns to Chicago hosting Olympic games in 2016

If we take a look back in time to 1996, when the United States last hosted the Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia, we will find that at that time, "Atlanta benefited more than any other city in the history of the Olympics," said A.D. Frazier, the chief operating officer for the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games. "Afterward, we had no debt and we left behind a legacy of privately funded structures the city would not have seen otherwise." Now it has been said the city claimed to fame in hosting the games, failed to put into place long-term goals of improving infrastructure and community development.

The Olympics games also holds a bad memory of the 1996 games, It was in Atlanta's 1996 Olympics games that a bombing that killed one woman and injured more than 100 people took place. Stevenson says promises of Olympic accountability don’t resonate with her. But there won’t be housing that’s really affordable to people. There’ll be high price condos. I have a concern if having a game opens a city to possible terrorist attacks like it did 1996, and with people losing their homes and not being able to afford the communities that they are forced out of to come back to is it worth the price for all concern to host the games here. When you have an outcry from the residents of Chicago saying that they do not want the games held in their state, do you listen to the people who reside in this city and have business in this city or do you listen to who is to financially from the profits of hosting the games.

What is the value that is placed on a human life and lives of people who will be uprooted from their homes and community roots? Who is advocating for the rights of the poor and underprivileged that reside in the communities in Chicago and who is going to listen to the concerns of the residents that live there.

I would like to know, isn't there an island or some undeveloped land on this planet that the games can be held at, not just in 2016 but on a permanent basis? Is it truly necessary to uproot and destroy communities for the pleasure of saying that you hosted games?

For everyone that is hoping for the Olympic games to be held in the United States in 2016, I ask that you reconsider your position and think of the people and what we have already been through in this country in our history.

Has Chicago, become the blue print of what is to become of all black and mixed communities that are deemed unproductive of the United States.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. wrote a speech on the war in Vietnam. In listening to this great orator, who delivered a timely speech for that time, but also for this day also. Dr. Marin Luther King Jr., spoke also about the poor and the hardships that are going on in that day and also he spoke prophetically to this year in 2009 . At a time when we are fighting for freedoms for other countries, the poor are going unnoticed. The fundings that are used to fund the wars, are taking away from the funds that are desperately needed in the United States.

At a time in this country where we have Town Hall Meetings where guns are brought to them by persons who say that they are protecting their second amendment rights, to bring their guns where the president of these United States stands and gives a speech. Not only are they bringing guns they are carrying signs that oppose our President, not on the basis of his policies that they neglect to remember that these were the policies that were under the Bush administration. While President Barrack Obama, would like to state that this is a post racial society, his character and color is under attack.

How can we forget Joe Wilson's outburst

From Joe Wilson's now's infamous remarks at congress, he has received over a million dollars in donations via the internet. He is also signing postcards with his infamous words on them. So now Little Joe Wilson, is now known threw out the country and more than likely the world.

While all of this is going on, the racial divide is ignored by our First Black President and First Black Attorney General. It is long overdue that President Obama and Attorney General Holden, direct attention to the racial division in this country. A lady who I have to give great respect to Nancy Pelosci addressed this issue and her concerns while President Obama was directing a scolding to an entertainer Kanya West in his actions at the MTV Grammy awards.

Then we have Glen Beck who calls Obama a racist on Fox News, while what most of the world sees is President Obama does not address the problems of the black and the poor.

So what do we do, we are told to vote, we voted, if you like myself voted for Barrack Obama you voted for change and not more of the same. So where do we go from here? Someone tell me. Are we going backwards instead of forwards? Has black folks lost their mind and we are living in a post racial society, with justice for all, that is equal? Or are black folks, right and we see the increase in injustices that are done against us. We see unemployment climbing for us, not that it isn't in other neighborhoods. Have we lost our minds and is it our imagination that guns were being purchased by White America in huge masses and we hear talks of a race riots? Who are these race riots going to be started by, the Black community was not out buying guns in masses amounts, we are not out training our children to use guns. I ask where are we headed, are we going ahead to progress or our we moving backwards to the Jim Crow era?

Black people in the United States should never leave home without a camcorder or cell phone that takes recorded images. All across these United States, black people are stopped by police and beaten and then being charged with outlandish charges. It is time for Attorney General Eric Holden, to truly take a close look at what is going on across this country and address it. It is time to take the bad police officers off the streets and charge them with the crimes that they are so quick to dish out to people that are not doing what they say that they are doing such as resist arrest while being handcuffed. What we need also is a committee out of each state and county to look over these cases, that are citizens to judge the injustices that the bad police officers are doing. Why should the bad police officers keep getting off and given a badge to practice such grave injustices to the Black Americans in this country? How much longer is this going to continue, with the beatings, tasers and shootings of innocent black Americans? What is it going to take for the attention that is so desperately needed to these cases to be looked at from a federal level, and justice to be done on a federal level with a crime against the people of these United States?

Now watching video of Rep.Lynn Jenkins and hearing her remarks saying that there is a great white hope in the Republican party . Now if you know the history of "the Great white hope" you know the history about the great white hope, If you don't know let me give you a little lesson .

Jack Johnson was a great African American boxer who couldn't be beaten.Johnson was the fist African American Boxer to hold the world title he was the best fighter in his generation.

Yet In the era Johnson fought in racism and hatered toward blacks was the way of America.

But the great white hope reflects racism and segregation.Whites looked for any white person who could defeat Johnson to prove that whites are better then any negro.

But listening to her talk reminds me of the whites who always consider blacks as slaves and second class citizens.It reminds me of when blacks were lynched and killed.

So by this woman's comments deep down inside she doesn't want an African American as President man or woman. People say she might have not known what "The Great White Hope" really means and the effect it has on racism today.But I say bull crap I'm sure she know exactly what she was saying remind you Michael Steele is the GOP Leader but some white GOP members want even acknowledge as their leader. Now Rush Limbuagh who promotes racism seems to be the voice of the GOP Hmmm a man that promote Racism and hate against blacks and don't forget Rush even predicted Ted Kennedy's Death in march of this year .And so that tells you what type of people these Repub and Conservatives look up to ,They look up to bigots.

Wall Street gets bails out vs. the Poor Elderly and disabled gets knocked down during the promise of change during the Obama administration. The bailouts for AIG and the banks and we can't forget the car industries get billions of dollars to go on luxury vacations that includes spas and not to mention a fat bonus check to boot and this is for not not doing a good job, by keeping their companies out of hot water.

We were given the warning that these companies had to have these bailouts, to save America. (to save Wall street) While saving Wall Street, the elderly and disabled received a whooping one time payment of $250.oo for S.S. and an increase in food stamps. Can the poor elderly and disabled expect the yearly cost of living raise in January 2010? No, they can forget about it.

AT the time when people are experiencing foreclosures, increasing unemployment, increase in people who are homeless, President Obama says buy a car.

Isn't is something that increase for Wall Street is billions, and increase for those that are poor is increasing in lack, what a oxymoron. For the people that depend on Social Security to live on they are told that regardless of how much money is paid out to Wall Street to keep them a float for Social Security you can manage to survive and if not there is no help or hope for you. The hands that are open wide for with an overflow of funds for Wallstreet, have become closed tight fist for the Elderly and disabled, except to snatch some of the money that you can't live enough on, to pay the rising cost of everyday necessity bills to pay for health care for yourself. There is a law that was put into place for those on Social Security that payments could never go down, but if you are not Wall Street there is always a loop hole to hurt the ones that need help the most. Wall Street gets bailed out, lifted up and the poor elderly and disabled, are knocked down. The old cliche' continues to prove true. THE RICH GET RICHER AND THE POOR GET POORER.

Wall Street gets bailed out, and the poor elderly and disabled are told to pull yourself up by your bootstraps, is like trying to put out a house on fire with a strainer. How do you pull yourself up by the bootstraps, if you do not own a pair of boots or better yet, if you do not have the legs to even put boots on? How can you save a burning house with water if what you have to work with has holes in it like a strainer? As you are running to carry water to put the fire out and save what you have, the water is running out before you get to the fire.

IS THIS A BLACK OR WHITE ISSUE? NO, IT IS A CLASS ISSUE.

While President Barrack Obama said vote for change, for those of us that voted on that promise of change, we have been hit with a ton of bricks to see that the change is for Wall Street and not for those who really needs it, at least not the change to make life a little easier for us. It is just a closed fist that only becomes open to snatch back what you already don't have to spare. WE have been wondering where is the money coming from for the bail outs for Wall Street and we now see it is coming from the poor elderly and disabled, and who knows what other ways we will see that the poor are paying for these benefits for Wall Street.

This is the change that was promised by Obama, who forgot the ones that were sending money from their already strapped for cash, how to make the dollar go further then Wall Street will ever come to know, sent their few much needed few dollars for the hope of change. Which President Obama bragged about these funds from the Social Security checks, for a change that would make life easier.

How easy it has become to stomped down the dreams of our youth and to stomp on the poor elderly and disable that contributed their time and energy for the hope of change. The hand in 2008 that was reaching out to the people that were trying not to drown, has now found their selves having that hand snatched away and given a push to drown.

Who is really at stake here in the United States of America? With the

AMENDMENT 11 1791

A WELL REGULATED MILITIA BEING NECESSARY TO THE SECURITY OF A FREE STATE THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. Where does this draw a line? It is understood the right to bear arms, but when the right to bear arms infringes upon the SAFETY OF OTHERS INCLUDING THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, something is wrong. Not only could this put our President in danger, it also puts the citizens in danger who chose not to come to an town hall meeting to discuss health care or whatever issue or just to bring their families to see the President of the United States. Does this now included any and every other office in this country, local and state meetings? When President Obama said in the Washington Post, that is is alright for these protesters to bear arms at these events, He can say this with the assurance that he has secret service, to protect is life, But what is to happen to the innocent spectators that are there, where is the protection for them especially when tempers are continuing to rise?

At this time of high racial uprising in this country against Black Americans due to having a Black man in the White house as president has caused a black lashed against black Americans. President Obama is not affected by the abuse that has been placed on black Americans, during this time. It was bad taste in wording for our President to describe himself as a Mutt, this says that he has no self-worth of himself. and how others look and feel that Black Race is to be treated and addressed also. Maybe President Obama, does not understand that a Mutt is something that has little or no value. It is not a dog that you feed the finest of food, it lays and waits for the scraps of his master's table to be scooped into a bowl to be thrown at him.

If President Obama had to describe himself as a dog, he should of described himself as a Pedigree, A dog that is looked upon with respect and demands the best of treatment with just his presence. Pedigree is usually noticed before his owner even comes forth and brings attention and respect. With this position and self-describing himself as a mutt, who demands not respect and receives no respect, he has now become opened to racist name calling, despite he wishes that we have achieved a post-racial society. Not only, is the President being openly called derogatory statements, it is being carried out in newspapers all over the United States. For the average person that lives in the united States, we are not only reading this but we are experiencing that and worse and on so many different levels. We feel the racial verbal disrespect, physical disrespect to our property and to our bodies from hate groups that are continuing to rise and are coming out to spread their hatred. We experience hatred from the ones that are called upon to protect and serve our Local police officers that carry these hateful practices, that have taken to tasers as their new lynching post, or placing the black community into the slave plantations the prison system.

President Obama, when you are blinded by the slanderous and inflaming name calling tactics from the jim crow era and see that they are calling you niggers and other flaming words, by lay citizens and police officers and the military which you are higher in rank, think about what people of color are also getting, that is worse then words. We have went off track and have reverted back in time, we woke one morning no longer being in the 21st century but the 20th century back to the days of the 50's and 60's. We have second class housing, second class food, poor education and a lack of employment for our people. It is time for the nation to understand that the black communities under the leadership of President Barrack Obama is undertaking an horrific blow, and that black life is still under attack. Not only from ourselves, which we must get to our people for them to see and understand that we have to put the guns down against ourselves and protect our families and our communities. Jeremiah Wright he has also turned his back on us, the voters that helped place him in the office that he holds. When given opportunities to discuss with the World Courts about slavery, he ran away from that along with the CBC. Yes, the Senate gave an apology for slavery, that was a weak one. I want action behind the apology. For an apology to be strong for me and for me to see where President Obama is also representing the black community also, he and the senate needs to present the truth in the history books regarding black America. President Obama, stop taking credit for being something that you are not the first black president. John Hanson was the first president and then their were 5 or more others that were also that passed for white, including the one that is idolized by the President of the United States. Show what President Lincoln's true attentions were for slaves it was not to free slaves, but to destroy slaves. Perhaps because he hated the skin that he was in, while looking at his own black mother. Place in the history books and teach our youth and all youth that black people were able to have prospering communities such as was in Tulsa, Ok., and that jealous by the hands of non-blacks, that burned it down. Let it be taught for all to know that this was a town that everything that was needed and wanted was in this community and the black dollar circulated in it 10xs before it went out the community. Use 1921 as a teaching tool in the schools that blacks were not the people that survived off of crumbs of the master's tables but were the envy of Tulsa in 1921. What is going on in black America? In a time of tension, that is rising in our country, what is really going on here. Why is it Groups of teabaggers and other groups that are saying they are protecting their 2nd amendment rights, can come to a Health Care Reform town Hall meetings bearing arms with the president there? When no one could walk into a courtroom with a gun and say it is their constitutional right, where else could you go with a public forum that you would be able to bear arms, and it is almost an non and void issue. But what has become a major concern to me and is ca using me a great deal of stress is that we are seeing things going backwards into the 50's and 60's. Our President and his family is under attack, not by other countries, but by the very people that are in the United States. I myself am tired of seeing, hearing and reading about the threats that are made against our President and his family. Why is it becoming acceptable to have people degrade our President and his family on the basis of the color of his skin? Why is it become acceptable that he can become reduced to negative racial terminology that is not acceptable to any one of African American descent to be called a NIGGER, or pictured as a monkey or ape? In a Case of Hate Crimes Dion Snipes an African American Man was tasered and had drugs shoved down his throat by Baltimore P.D. . Snipes who was a suspect drug dealer taken to the University Of Maryland Medical Center after being placed in a medically induced induced coma.Police say he put the Drugs down his throat but we really know the truth the Baltimore PD murdered this black man by tasering him and shoving the bag of drugs down his throat while beating him to death . Retailers seem to be using a new sales approach now, WE WILL OFFER THINGS FOR FREE OR AT AN ALMOST FREE PRICE TO DRAW YOU IN. KFC, did it with their grilled chicken, that we later find is cancer causing ingredients. Now BEST BUY, used almost the same approach. Theirs is a 52' colored t.v. for $9.99 on their web site. The electronics retailer said it will not honor the $9.99 price posted Wednesday morning on its Web site for a 52-inch Samsung flat-screen TV. By early afternoon, the TV was listed at $1,799.99, almost half off the original $3,399.99 price And of course this was an ad misprint according to BEST BUY, people who had purchased the t.v. on line for $9.99 were refunded their money back and to every one's surprise, of course Best Buy does not have a comment nor did they return any phone calls. Should BEST BUY be surprised that their stock has now dropped 24 cents. Should not it and KFC"S and other stores that wished to prey on giving you something for nothing or almost nothing be held accountable for playing on the hopes of the American People. Should they not be forced to honor their word what they have in print. Do we sue them for what they have promised or do we boycott them, so that they not only feel a 24 cent drop in stock but a going out of business sign as well. That would be wonderful if it was not for the already climbing rate of unemployment in the United States.

Delaware is giving to much power to city police officers and taking the rights of Delaware's residents.

If you live in the city of Wilmington, Delaware be prepared, at any time you may be stopped and frisked for no reason under a new recent ruling by the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, according to civil libertarians. Federal prosecutors, Wilmington officials say the ruling is a victory and vindication for aggressive patrol tactics by city police in high-crime areas. With this new ruling giving police officers to much power, and the citizens less rights truly going to be the problem solver for Wilmington or is this going to increase violence and crime out to the counties. Or is this now going to become the standard law for all of Delaware and perhaps to a city and state near you. Is this going to curb crime and the control the guns and shooting of innocent people or is this going to cause a high level or concern for individuals rights? According to Professor Jan Ting at Temple University School of Law School said it should encourage Wilmington as well as the U.S. Attorney's Office to pursue gun prosecutions. A person carrying a gun without the use of a permit, or in the use of committing a crime I would like to see the law being carried out in getting the guns off of the streets of not only Wilmington, but all over all the streets of the United States. But have we really come to the point where we need to have police officers stop anyone of their choice to search them for no reason? Just for walking down the street? Or because maybe the police officer is having a bad day and decides that he wants to take his frustrations out on someone? Then their is always the concern that this could be used as a vehicle to target black men and women to suffer from this law, which can become an instrustment of abusive power. Thank God, we have some reasonable folks that are looking into this and are willing to take this matter to the Supreme Court to fight this. The federal public defender for Delaware, Edson Bostic, said his office will attempt to take it to the U.S. Supreme Court. "We intend to litigate it vigorously," he said, though it will be up to the U.S. Supreme Court to decide if it is worthy of review. With the increase of lawlessness and countless people being victims of gun violence, we still need to keep a level head. We still need to make sure that the people's constitutional rights are still being upheld, with this new law, I don't see it being upheld. I understand that police officers become frustrated when they see someone that is known for carrying drugs and other contrabands on the streets as was the case with arrest of Thomas J. Smith on Jan. 8, 2008. Who at the time of his arrest, Wilmington police officers had no just caused in stopping him and he ran and the things that he had on him a handgun and drugs could not be used in trial. In a ruling by Delaware Chief District Gregory Sleet in 2008, he stated that Wilmington Police acted improperly during the arrest of Thomas J. Smith on Jan. 8, 2008. Wilmington James M. Baker is the 54th Mayor of Wilmington, Delaware. He took office in January, 2001 said he respectfully disagreed with Sleet's ruling and praised the appeals court reversal. "Our police department follows all laws, policies and procedures that protect the constitutional rights of criminal suspects while protecting the rights of citizens to be free of criminal activity." The concern that everyone should have is this, no matter what manner of attaire that you have on, you could be walking in a business suit, you could be wearing jeans that are baggy or worn with a belt and nice shirt or shorts, what makes you a target of police to stop and frisk you? And we also need to look at what if you the person who is being stopped, for breaking no law, but maybe you are having a bad day and you have a look of disgust on your face or you appear to be antsy, maybe you are running to catch a bus to take you home or to work. Or perhaps you are at Rodney Square and happen to see someone that you have not seen in a long time, and you are just talking and the police do not like the expressions on your face, or the way you carry yourself, should this be just caused to stop someone and frisk them, since there is now no guidelines into what you can be stopped and frisked for. Delaware is a very small state with a population of 873.092 has of December of 2008. Crime has increased on alarming increase in Delaware which is small numbers compared to other states, but with a state that is the size of Delaware it is alarming any homicide or people that are hurt or lives scattered in a crime is a horrific experience that not one is acceptable. But we also have to look at and take i nto consideration, if we police are given this right to search people at will for no just caused, how many youths that are not into criminal activity will be used by people that are to be the cover for them or that will just become discouraged that they are striving to make a decent life for themselves and doing the right thing and they become the victim of harrassement by police officers? While we are living in the days where tasers are beoming a daily occurene and people are being killed and suffering from paralysis, having heart attacks with 50,000 volts of electric going threw their bodies we need to have a review of all the citzens of Delaware in to what is the best way to handle to alarming numbers of crime in this state. We need to take a page out of President Barrack Obama's book and hold town meetings on these issues that are becoming a major concern with Delaware, without looking at every citzen as a threat to society that should be searched at the will of the police officers. We need to ensure that all citzens rights are protected under the laws that was granted to the people of Delaware and the rest of the country. Are our we going to have Delaware the state that you don't want to visit because you can be stopped and frisked for no just cause and scare people away from coming to our beautiful historic state? What is your opinion, how do you think we come up with a fair and equal balance in our state for police officers and residents to have respect for each other? Michael Moore, may have posted the YouTube clip The Awful Truth as a joke or to really prove how deadly it can be for Black Americans to do anything in America. Michael Moore has brought to attention the following cases in Being Black in America. These are the cases that CNN did not bring to attention in Black in America.

A black man was killed by police officers who mistaken his remote control for a gun in Detroit.
A Black man was killed by police in Arkansas for holding a hair clip.
In Chicago the police shot a black woman for holding a spatula.
In New York, 4 police officers mistaken a black man with a wallet as a gun and shot and killed him with 41 bullets.
A African American man in Florida was shot and killed because police mistaken his keys as a gun.
A Federal Agent shot and killed an African American man for mistaken his candy bar for a gun.

Michael Moore also demonstrated a cellphone in a black man's hands that it will always look like a gun, but in a white man hand's it looks as exactly what it is a cellphone. Michael Moore shows on this, YouTube clip that African Americans need to have everything a safety color such as orange so that it will not be mistaken for a gun. Is this truly a post racial society? Have we truly overcome the issues of what a person's skin color is? Have we reached Martin Luther King Jr.'s Dream. YOU TELL ME. There is cases that are just overwhelming of the injustices that are done to the black community on a daily basis, that does not always make it to mainstream media. If it did make it to mainstream media would it really make a difference? Yes, I agree that the police officers have a very dangerous job, and that they put their lives on the line everyday that they are out in the streets, and that they have families that love and care for them and hopes and dreams that they still are striving to achieve. Yes, their jobs are important. But let us also look at the African American community that is being killed or handicapped due to police violence on them. Do we not also have families that love and care for us and dreams that we are striving to achieve? Is our life, of no importance if not to the police officers to the people that love us that count on us? Has it truly become necessary to paint everything a bright orange that will come out of your pockets to ensure your safety against the police officers in the United States even if you are abiding the law?

Prosecutors still trying to decide if these three white boys will face charges in last month's burning of 9-year-old Joshua Judkins.

How do you accept a child being hurt? How do you accept a child getting 2nd and 3rd degree burns on his body and then for it to be called a prank that went wrong? Why do you have 3 white teenage boys that can pour alcohol on this 9 year old black boy, and his family and his community have to raise Cain to have the police officers bring charges against these 3 white teenagers. Why are Prosecutors still trying to decide if these three white boys will face charges in last month's burning of 9-year-old Joshua Judkins. These teenagers who they say will playing a prank are the ages of 15, 14, and 13. If we reverse this and it was 3 black teenage boys that have done this to a 9 year old white child. These 3 teenagers would be tried as an adult and facing first degree murder charges. Please tell me at a time when police officers seem to be on a high about tasering and arresting youths, why does Hammond, Indiana have to have an outcry from the community to have justice done for the 9 year old black child?

Now look at this baby, and imagine if he was your child, what do you see, if this was white on white crime or black on black crime, it would be an outrage. Even if this was a prank going wrong, these teenagers set a child on fire, what about arson charges, and is it up to the public to tell the judicial system what charges to file against these teenagers.

It has been stated that this could be investigated as a hate crime, I feel that this is a hate crime. 9 year old Joshua Judkins, while laying around with 2nd and 3rd degree burns on almost of his body, I am sure is not looking at this as something that friends do to each other in playing. Pouring alchol on his back and setting him on fire, I am sure was not a play time event for him. Maybe the 3 teenagers while trying to see what it was like to lynch a black child while they can watch him suffer in the game. I hope and pray that this is not the new game in Indiana nor the rest of the country, in lets get a small child and set them on fire and see what happens.

I was told that the residents of this community did contact the NAACP and they did not return their call, that is a darn shame, is this not the things that the NAACP should still be working on?

This happened last month, has anyone noticed that the crimes against African American People are rarely shown on the major news net-works. CNN has done their 2nd report on black in America, has anyone seen any of these stories? Has anyone see the one where a deaf black man, is in the Dollar General Bathroom, and the police burst in and tasser him.

I keep asking when is the madness going to stop, why are we going back to the days that

Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King was fighting for. Why are we seeing injustices rise against us in such high numbers? I wonder all of the years of slavery and of Jim Crow, when is it going to be black America's turn? No, not that we hold slaves, I honestly do not believe that we black folks have it in us to do the horrific things that were done against us against another human being. Also we are not talking about enslaving anyone. We do not want to enslave, we want to know what it is really like to be free, we would like to know that we are not going to be used as medical Guinea pigs for medicines, that we are not going to be thrown in jail or tasered, that if we are in a public rest room, that we are not going to be peppered sprayed and tasered for taking to long to come out the bathroom.

If America really wants to know what we want, we want good schools for our children, we want them to come out of high school prepared for college, we want them to have healthy food. We want and need for Black History to be taught in the schools not just for a month, but for the year, we need our c hilren as well as the rest of the children to know that black america has contribute a lot to this country, along with the things that are neccessity and the things that are made to make life easier for all people. When you take school trips, why not take the children to a black museum also. We have a rich history, that is being stolen for our youth, not only was it stolen from our youth, it was stolen from the parents of the youth as well. We are a culture that is so rich with so many talents, but are talents are wasted on being incarcerated and being tassered or shot why we now have youngsters in wheel chairs. Instead of all of this money being placed on building new prisons, we take that funding and place it into the schools to educate our children properly.

When injustices are done in our communities as it was to

let us now bring forth the mental healing along with the physical healing and bring these young teenagers to justice, so that we can use this bad experience against this child to make justice equal for all people. Let us not allow this young child's suffering and scarring of physical and mental be in vain. IT IS TIME FOR BLACK AMERICA TO WAKE UP AND DEMAND JUSTICE FOR JOSHUA JUDKINS ALL OVER THESE UNITED STATES AND TO BRING THESE 3 WHITE TEENAGE BOYS TO BE MADE TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE CRIME THAT THEY HAVE COMMITTED AGAINST THIS CHILD.

Tonight I was made aware of another tasering while black in the good old United States of America. This time for a black deaf man taking to long in the bathroom. All of this tasering is getting out of hand. When has it become against the law to stay in the bathroom to long? When is this going to stop, what is it going to take to stop it. President Obama can come out and speak about the police in Cambridge Conn. acting stupidly when it comes to a Harvard professor Gates, being arrested for going into his own home. What is he going to say about this? The real issues in the black community that is hurting us is being swept under the carpet. How long must we endure this new type of lynching that is effecting the community? How long must we watch children being placed into foster care systems while the state is being given federal funding for this instead of trying to work with the families to help them bring their families into the state that they need to be in. How long is the black races issues going to be ignored while we have a Black President and a Black Attorney General? How long are we going to watch and cry while our neighborhoods are being flooded with drugs and crime rate is skyrocketing? How long are we going to be the ones that are the highest unemployed and underemployed? How long are we going to be the ones that are singled out in the criminal justice system with a high rate of black Americans being placed in jails across America. Do I sound angry, well I am. No, I do not know the people that are being tasered but isn't it time for black America to stand up and say no more. Isn't it time that we demand a real change in this country for us, not the change that President Obama made in his campaign speech. Yes, we are in need of health care in the United States, but we are also in need of a sane justice system. Are we in the days of what white America and President Obama like to call a post racial society. No we are far from it. Everyday, you can see on the cable net-works or even your local news where the injustice for the black communities are rising. At a time when we need to address the race issue in America, our president took the opportunity to address one of his Harvard friends issue of being charged with disorderly conduct by being rude to a police officer, which he was. The big question is when is President Obama going to address the bigger issue of the race issues and take the blinders that he is wearing off and see what is really going on in black America. Yes I know that he is not just the President of black America but of all America. but to quote Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. "Injustice anywhere is a sense to injustice everywhere" We are out fighting a war for people not to be held in oppression at least that is what they have told us since they could not find any weapons of mass destruction. What about fighting this war here in the states, where the oppressor is oppressing black America? What is it going to take for the United States of America, that is not united but divided on social, racial and economic levels to become united? When and what is it going to take for the people in power to say that black folks has had enough and that they have endured enough, actually to much. When does the insult on black folks stop, when is enough, enough? Yes, even the crimes that we put upon ourselves with Black on Black crime, when is enough, enough. Every where people complain about the use of drugs and the guns that are in the black communities, black folks are not going into these other countries and bring the drugs here, so who is bring them into the communities. We do not own any gun manufacturing companies, so how does illegal guns get into the neighborhoods? From the time that Africans were brought to this country, it appears that it has been set up for our destruction. We are like unwanted children, or throw away rubbage, just put us out of sight, by any means necessary, in the prisons or in the graves. When you hear the talk regarding Black folks, how often is it of our contributions to this country? Very seldom, what you hear is what is wrong with Black America. What is wrong is poor schools, low expections for our children, food that is tainted with all of the perservatives and anti-botics and steriods that are being fed into it. When is it all going to stop? When are we as a people, going to have the same opportunities and freedoms that are afforded to every other race except black. Yes, we have some black folks that have made it, into what seems to be an exclusive club, that only few are allowed even a peep into. When are the prisons going to be opened for black folks that committed no crime, or did the same crimes as other races, but have been there longer. When are we going to stop having so many people on death row and the evidence that is presented thrown out? I am tired, I am tired of the tasering that is done to my people and it is always justified in some way that it had to be done. A deaf man in the bathroom using it, and because he had an umberilla with him is just caused. It is not a just caused but a crime that is done to our people to often. The cases of tasering is outlandish, it is criminal and no one is willing to address it and to make the changes to say enough is enough and these laws need to be changed. When a black man can be shot for reaching in his pocket to get a cell phone and again it is justified. When an off-duty police officer can be shot and killed by another police officer it is justified. These are the things that President Obama needs to be addressing, these are the real issues that are on the table. But these are the issues that President Obama has a blind eye to and just says we live now in a post racial era. What is sad that because we do now have a Black president, America has come to that same conclusion. I challenge any non-black American to walk a week into the shoes of the average Black American and then tell me that we are in a post racial era. Tell me then that you will not feel that the tassering needs to be out lawed, and that if you are a male driving in a car with a group of friends breaking no laws, but you are stopped by the police and question, how do you have the same dignity as you see other races have. I know that it is not all police officers and we need the police officers to maintain order, but we also need them to have sensitivity and a better understanding of what it is to be Black in America.

Sojourner Truth stated "The rich rob the poor and the poor rob each other." Today there is so much in the news, crime is climbing, black Americans are being tassered, children are being forced into Foster care and mothers are thrown into jail. At a time when the United States has a Black President and the first black U.S. Attorney General life for Black Americans is worse then it was prior to what it has previously been, in what we are now told is a post-racial society. For the poor, today are viewed as a people to be deprived for their own poverty. The elite and politicians reflect this in their public policies. In 1958 an economist announced that when unemployment rises, wages fall. The business in America push this policy so that as in 1958 the economist explains that when unemployment rises wages fall and businesses can now populate on paying cheaper wages, and it leaves the employee without job security. With the effects of unemployment and lower wages, Wall street panics and stocks tumble. When large amounts of people are unemployed it is considered good for businesses. But how can something that is bad for people be good for business? What has happened to the poor and black in the U.S.A, in a rise of police brutality against black Americans (men,women,and children) The threat has become overwhelming that black Americans are now in the way of a country that their blood and sweat was built upon. And with the massive incarceration of blacks, with the outlandish numbers of children who has been snatched out of the black family home and placed in foster care. Black America and especially poor black Americans are faced with a dilemma who do we look to ? Who is here to help us ? POOR AND BLACK AMERICA, NO ONE! There is no organization to come to save you. There is however many stumbling blocks ahead. So do we take it to the streets and protest and march, like it was done in the days of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and how the French and Iranians do ? While we have a black president, who calls himself a mutt, and who sees black American only when it comes to echoing the same type of words to the black community that Bill Cosby did to the NAACP ? Do we run to organizations and leaders of the old, who throw us under the bus ? Or do we as the underprivileged and forgotten network together to up lift ourselves and empower ourselves by pulling our resources together ? Do we step out of our comfort zone and get involve to empower our own community? Do we look back at Tulsa, Ok. before it was destroyed in 1921 and use it as blue print to build communities that is productive for us and by us ? HOW DO WE GET TO THE CHANGE THAT WE WANT FOR US AND FOR OUR CHILDREN AND OUR CHILDREN'S, CHILDREN ?
