If the Arizona Immigration law is passed on July 29, 2010, it will show today's youth a living history of the past Jim Crow era using racial profiling as it's tool. Take a look at the law that was passed in Fremont, Nebraska that was voted as an aimed to driving illegal immigrants out of town. The law, which bans hiring or renting property to illegal immigrants, passed a referendum of the town's 25,000 people 57% to 43%.

In this country there has always been racial profiling, however Arizona and Nebraska's has made it an blunt in your face altitude, to dredge up the civil Rights era in a whole new way and against a different set of people.
For those that are rejoicing over these new laws that are being put into place against the Mexicans, I suggest that you take a look at history at this country's beginning and see where it has placed this country today.Friday, June 25, 2010

- prohibit any person or entity from selling a firearm to a so-called “street gang member.
- This prohibition applies even if the individual has passed a Brady Law FBI background check. Making a prohibited sale would result in Class 1 felony charges and possible jail time for the seller.
- HB6123 promotes racial profiling at its worst,” commented ISRA Executive Director, Richard Pearson.
- HB6123 establish no test for determining ’street gang’ membership, and given the harsh penalties for violating the proposed law,
The Second Amendment (Amendment II) to the United States Constitution is the part of the United States Bill of Rights that protects a right to keep and bear arms.[1] The Second Amendment was adopted on December 15, 1791, along with the rest of the Bill of Rights. The American Bar Association has noted that there is more disagreement and less understanding about this right than of any other current issue regarding the Constitution.[2]
Saul Cornell has claimed that for almost a century after the ratification of the Bill of Rights, the intended meaning and application of the Second Amendment drew less interest than in modern times.[3]
Notable U.S. Supreme Court interpretations of the Second Amendment include those in United States v. Cruikshank (1875), Presser v. Illinois (1886), Miller v. Texas (1894), Robertson v. Baldwin (1897), United States v. Miller (1939) and District of Columbia v. Heller (2008).
"It does not take a majority to prevail... but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men." --- Samuel Adams According to the IllnoisCarry.com, it stated that Mayor Daley, will not only use this bill to run gun dealers out of business but also to run bogus sting operations and to charge gun dealers with felonies and have them fight it out in court.
